Buyers Information

Our Association has First Right of Refusal on any upcoming sale on our units. Once a contract has been executed, that contract and the form in this section will be emailed to the Association at [email protected]. The Association has 15 days to proceed with their right or waive rights by notifying the lending institute, title company, or Attorney performing the closing of the unit in question per the Associations' Declaration of C&R's, Section 15.01 and By-Laws, Section 13.1. (Closing cannot happen without this notification from the Association.)
